Meet Dr. Mark Bielefeld DVM
Dr. Mark Bielefeld DVM is a licensed veterinarian. He attended Ohio State University and graduated in 1981. During his years of experience serving the Dayton area, he has built a reputation for providing compassionate care at competitive prices.
Kate, Office Manager
Kate has an extensive background in animal care. She began her career as a pet store employee and later became an animal department manager. She started at the OVC as a veterinary assistant and became the Office Manager in 2017. She shares her home with her husband and their four cats (Artemis, Esme, Derek, and Snick) as well as their two adorable Shih-Tzu mixes, Max and Clementine. Outside of veterinary medicine, Kate enjoys reading, photography, and going for hikes with her pups!
Katie, Veterinary Technician
Katie graduated from Brown Mackie College with a degree in Veterinary Technology. She grew up in Waynesville across from her grandparent's farm where they raised all sorts of animals. She moved to Kettering and received her High School diploma from Kettering Fairmont. She recently moved back to her roots in Waynesville and commutes to work here at the OVC. She has a three year old cat named Daisy and an 8 month old puppy named Pandora. Katie loves working with animals and looks forward to her future in Veterinary Medicine.
Lyndsey, Veterinary Assistant
Lyndsey graduated from MVCTC's Veterinary Science program in 2016. She is currently working as a veterinary assistant and is enrolled at Sinclair for her future degree in nursing. In High School, she was a member of the FFA and is now in the Alumni Association. During her senior year, she attended the Ohio State FFA Convention and placed 3rd in the State Animal Health Career Development event. Lyndsey's hobbies include hiking, singing, and playing with her two cats, Rosco and Stella.
Kayli, Veterinary Assistant
Kayli graduated from MVCTC's Veterinary Science Program in 2016. She attends Wright State University with a major in Pre-Med Biology and a minor in Forensic Science. Kayli is also enrolled online with Penn Foster for her Veterinary Technician degree. Upon graduation, She plans to apply to Vet School to be a Veterinarian! In her free time, Kayli plays soccer and loves candle making and shopping! She shares her home with four dogs (Buttons, Mia, Chiquis, and Pickles) as well as her little kitty June (Who thinks she's a dog!).
